After finding a base aroudn 1.3200 early in the European session, Euro futures grinded up to the 1.3250 level before having a sharp rally up past 1.3300 after Bernanke’s comments.

AUD futures rallied up past 1.0400 after Bernanke’s comments. It pulled back slightly after the clsoe of European cash before trading back to session highs late in the session. Dollar yen up 0.59% at 82.843 AUD futures up 0.76% at 1.0440 Euro futures up 0.69% at 1.3362 Commodities: Gold: Gold had a very strong rally after Bernanke commented that accomodative policies should help overtime. Gold rallied more than 20 dollars after the comment, going from below 1660.0 up to the 1680.0 level. Dow jones made session lows at the open and grinded higher the remainder of the night.

E-minis broke below the 1400 level during the European session and traded in a tight range around 1395.00. Shortly after the open of US cash, selling pressure came in pushing E-minis to the session low of 1391.75 but this quickly turned as E-minis recovered to go back into a range just abvoe 1395.00.

Similary SPI dipped below the support around 4260 as E-minis made session lows.

After the close of European cash, e-mini and SPI grinded in a tight upward channel, SPI heading toward the 4280 level while e-minis going back above 1400.0

After showing some strength and trading above the 128.080 level during the European session, T-notes traded in a downtrend for the entire US session. It found some support around 128.000 but broke the level to make a new session low of 127.230 as Crude oil made new lows.

After a quiet start in the European session with E-minis trading in a tight range just above 1390.00 E-minis dipped below 1390.00 at the start of US cash before turning to go back above 1390.00 after the release of the Philly Fed Manufacturing Index. E-mini’s pushed up to go above the 1395.00 handle after news of IMF’s approval of a loan for Greece as the DAX and Eurostoxx made new session highs.

E-minis has since been in a tight range just above 1395.00 and is looking to make new highs before the close.

SPI traded in a range around 4290 for most of the night before rallying up and going above the 4300 level before the close of European cash as European indices rallied.

Strong night over night for equities as investors indicated they will participate in Greece’s swap.

E-minis had a sharp rally together with European indices as the Euro rallied sharply above the 1.3180 level. E-minis traded up to the 1365.00 level and found some resistance before retreating to go back below 1360 at the open of Us cash after the release of US Unemployment claims and ECB’s comments.

Before the close of Europe, markets turned again to trade back towards session highs after IMF comments on the Greek debt exchange.

Late in the session, E-minis made new highs while our bonds made session lows after more news of investor participation in Greece deal.

SPI has yet to make a new session high, and is trading around the 4200 level.

It rallied up to the high of 138.64 shortly after the open of US cash before retreating to stay in a range around 138.40 for the rest of the session.

T-notes traded in a range around 131.000 and 131.040 for most of the European session before going below 131.000 after US figures. It turned quickly to go up to 131.075 early in the US session before retreating sharply to stay below 131.000.  It has stayed in a range just avbove 130.280 after the close of European cash.

After the close of Europe, Spot AUD spent most of the session in a range around 1.0800. It had a sharp rally from 1710 up to the the 1725 level after the ISM figure. It has since traded in a tightening range bounded by the 1725 level.

Gold is now retreating from the highs going into the close of the US cash market. Gold up 0.73% at 1723.8 Silver up 2.92% at 35.655 Crude Oil: Crude oil sold off after the ISM figures before turning to rally sharply and stay in an uptrend for the rest of the session. With all indices in the red. Gold down by more than 5% and Silver down by 7%.

E-minis made the session high of 1377.25 before retreating even as T-notes were sold off very sharply going 30 ticks in 10 minutes. E-minis sold off further going below 1370.00 as Gold and other metals were sold off hard trading from 1775.0 down to 1725.0.

After the close of European cash, E-minis recovered to the 1370.00 handle but has since retreated again in the closing session to make a new low and stay in a range around the lows.

It bounced sharply to go back above 131.000 but has since retreated to a range below 131.000. 10 year notes are offered at 130.315 Bunds last traded at 139.80 Aus Bonds Our bonds sold off as T-notes were sold off sharply. Late in the session, our bonds continued to slide lower as Gold was sold off. 3 years closed bid at 96.350 10 years closed bid at 95.930 Currencies Currencies were heavily sold off after Bernanke’s comments.

AUD futures sold off from the high of 1.0857 and stayed in a down trend the rest of the night. It is now trading at 1.0725.

Euro futures sold off from 1.3450 after the comments and has traded in a tightening range below 1.3350.

It stayed in a range just above the level before selling off again tp the 131.000 level after the close of Europe on news of a plan to help the Greek debt deal. Late in the session, T-notes sold off to the low of 130.265 after the US tip sale but has since recovered to the 131.000 level. 10 year notes are offered at 131.01 Bunds last traded at 139.05 Aus Bonds Our bonds stayed in a downtrend throughout the US session after the US figures. 3 years bid at 96.400 10 years bid at 95.950 Currencies AUD futures and Euro futures reversed the minor downtrend from the European session after US figures. They have since stayed in a strong rally throughout the US session trading near session highs and well in the green.

AUD futures have since found some resistance around 1.0725 while spot AUD is staying just above the 1.0750 level. Dollar yen up 0.61% at 78.918 AUD futures up 0.74% at 1.0725 Euro futures up 0.71% at 1.3156 Commodities: Gold: Gold sold off sharply going from the 1715.0 level down to the low of 1706.7 just before the release of Unemployment claims data. It has since turned and grinded higher together with equities for the remainder of the session trading back into the green at the 1730.0 handle. Gold up 0.13% at 1730.4 Silver up 0.35% at 33.525 Crude Oil: Crude oil started the European session hovering in a range just above the 101.00 handle before having a sharp push higher to trade in a range just above 101.50 after the unemployment claims figure.

E-mini made the new yearly high of 1352.75 before the open of US cash.

Before the open of US, E-mini stayed in a range just below the 1350.00 level before selling off and retreating to the session low of 1340.75 but recovered to the 1345.00 level before the close of Europe. After the close of Europe it, E-minis grinded higher to go back to the 1350 handle and has stayed in a right range around that level since.

Minis made the low of 1330.25 during early in the European session but has since grinded back up to the 1340 level before the close of US cash. Closing the gap from last weeks close.

Similarly the SPI traded in an upward channel for most of the night, finding some resistance at the 4270 level for most of the US session.
